Boss Grease LC 200 EP range
Boss Grease LC 200 EP is a lithium-calcium gear grease based on mineral oil and specially designed for high temperatures. It is very water-resistant and contains special additives for protection from wear and corrosion that also improve resistance to aging considerably. Boss Grease LC 200 EP is used mainly in gearboxes but is also suitable for lubricating actuator drives, gear motors, angle grinders, machine tools and hand drills, especially at high temperatures. Available in NLGI classes 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3.
 

Boss Grease LC 1500 EP range
Boss Grease LC 1500 EP is a lithium-calcium gear grease based on mineral oil and specially designed for high temperatures. It is very water-resistant and contains special additives for protection from wear and corrosion that also improve resistance to aging considerably. Boss Grease LC 1500 EP is used mainly in gearboxes but is also suitable for lubricating actuator drives, gear motors, angle grinders, machine tools and hand drills, especially at high temperatures. Available in NLGI classes 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3.
 

Alaska No. 1 range
The Alaska No. 1 series are lithium-calcium complex soap greases of the latest generation with EP additives and guarantee a strong bond with the metal surface, thereby ensuring a long service life of highly stressed or fast-running gear units. Its high temperature properties make this product range suitable for a wide range of uses, but especially for gear units that are subjected to extreme operating conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures and impacts.

 
Alaska No. 2 range
The Alaska No. 2 series are lithium-calcium complex soap gears of the latest generation with EP additives and guarantee a strong bond with the metal surface. This product range is heat-resistant and has very good anti-corrosive properties. These high-performance greases  are ideally suited for use in hard worked open gear drives such as ore mills. The Alaska No. 2 series is also suitable for a wide range of uses at high temperatures combined with extreme operating conditions. These high-performance greases can also be used for ball and roller bearings, friction bearings and bushes and open gear drives because it is not asphalt-based.
 
Boss Grease CX 1502 EP
Boss Grease CX 1502 EP is a high-performance calcium complex soap grease that is available in different container sizes. It contains anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors. The EP and AW properties of the grease and the good adhesive properties make this product especially water-repellent and increase its load capacity. Boss Grease CX 1502 EP is the product of choice for various uses in the steel industry at temperatures of up to 160°C.
 
Boss Grease Syn PU 2502
BOSS GREASE SYN PU 2502 is a high- and low-temperature grease with synthetic base oils. This high-performance long-life grease is specially designed for low- and high-temperature use. Special additives make it especially suitable for roller and friction bearings with heavy exposure to, say, cold or hot water, steam, leaches, acids, etc.
 
Boss Temp AR 855
 This special grease is an inert, fully synthetic lubricant based on perfluorpolyether base oils and thickened with PTFE micro powder. A high-temperature grease, it is used on friction and roller bearings, the rollers of overhead chain conveyors, painting and baking furnaces, and in the chemical and nuclear industries, the electrical, automobile and steel industries. Boss AR 855 is extremely suitable for lubricating hot bearings and for use in a chemically aggressive or oxidative environment. Boss AR 855 is compatible with metals, elastomers and plastics. Even at high temperatures it shows no sign of aging.
 
Bossplex BM 1502 HT
 Bossplex BM 1502 HT is a bentonite grease with a mineral base oil. The properties of this high-temperature fat, which has no dripping point, are its suitability for a very wide range of temperatures and its resistance to water, acids and leaches. Selected EP additives give it an extremely high load carrying capacity with friction and roller bearings that are subjected to high pressure and impacts at high bearing temperatures.
 
Bossplex BM 460/00 HT
 Bossplex BM 460/00 HT is a bentonite gear grease with a mineral base oil. The properties of this high-temperature grease, which has no dripping point, are its suitability for a very wide range of temperatures and its resistance to water, acids and leaches. Selected EP additives give it an extremely high load carrying capacity with friction and roller bearings that are subjected to high pressure and impacts at high bearing temperatures.
 
Bossplex Li 2002 TF
 Bossplex Li 2002 TF is a grease for high and low temperature applications based on mineral base oil. To prevent tribocorrosion and improve friction coefficient this product contains a white solid lubricant combination (PTFE). Special friction reducers in the grease ensure excellent wear resistance.
 
Bossplex Li 2002 TFS
 Bossplex Li 2002 TFS is a high-temperature grease made from selected base oils and designed for use at the highest temperatures. The use of special consistency enhancers enable this product to make full use of the high heat resistance of the base oils used and at the same time to ensure excellent protection from corrosion in moist operating conditions.
 
Bossplex Li 520 EP HT
 Bossplex Li 520 EP HT is an excellent lithium complex soap grease of the latest generation that was specially devised for use in steelworks. Due to the special base oil components of selected synthetic oils Bossplex Li 520 EP HT has a special high-temperature behaviour. It is extremely suitable for lubricating friction and roller beatings under extreme pressure and at extremely high temperatures. In addition to anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant additives this grease contains EP additives and polymers that are indispensable for optimal lubricating properties and retain their functionality even in contact with water and saline solutions.
 

Bossplex PHM 4602/3 EP
 Bossplex PHM 4602/3 EP is a high-temperature grease based on a high-viscosity thermostable base oil. This high-performance grease was specially designed for extreme applications. Its unusual additives make it especially suitable for use on friction and roller bearings that are subjected to the highest stress. Bossplex PHM 4602/3 EP is also used to lubricate friction and roller bearings subjected to pressure and impacts at high temperatures and in rolling mills and sealing machines, in roller beds, bearings in annealing furnaces and foundries and in industrial plant exposed to unfavourable influences (cold/hot water, steam, acids, leaches, etc.).
