Nonwovens

During filtration in the metal processing industry, solids from liquids, especially in machining operations such as turning, grinding and milling, are bound into nonwovens. The factors on which the choice of material for the production process are based are flow volume, particle size, viscosity and the degree of purity required. In principle, a distinction is made between nonwovens with surfaces and in-depth filtration. Nonwovens with an in-depth filtration effect are voluminous in structure. In a surface filtration class nonwoven, particle capture and filter cake crea2tion can only take place on the surface of the filter fabric. We offer such a wide range that all process parameters can be maintained at a constantly high level at the lowest operating costs.
